7. Account restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

8. Order Cancellation & Refunds: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once personalised letters have been sent to production, cancellations are no longer possible. Due to the personalised nature of our letters, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.

We ask customers to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing an item as we do not offer refunds on bespoke or personalised items if a spelling error was made at the time of ordering. Should you receive your personalised order with a different spelling or mistake made by us, we will offer a replacement.

9. Timely Delivery: We strive to ensure timely delivery of personalised letters. However, Tiny Crew Studio will not be held responsible for any delays caused by postal services or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
