Once your order is received, our dedicated team swiftly begins crafting your personalised letters. We then despatch all products using Royal Mail service. Our last order date is Tuesday, 10th December 2024.

Delivery Times

We wish we could give you a precise timeframe for when your letter will arrive, but magic can be a bit unpredictable!

Usually, we aim to dispatch orders within two weeks of your request. However, during busy periods, our turnaround time may extend to 3 to 6 weeks.
