Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any items that are personalised, unless that are deemed faulty or incorrect.

Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing an item as we do not offer refunds on personalised items if a spelling error was made at the time of ordering. Should you receive your personalised order with a different spelling or mistake made by us, we will offer a replacement.

In the unlikely event that your order goes missing in the post, we will replace it or offer a full refund minus the original postage cost.
